We’re gifting a free video production package (valued up to $6,250) to help amplify your mission and expand your reach. Our process is designed to be fun and collaborative! Here’s how we’ll bring your story to life, step by step:
Project Kick-Off
First, we get to know you. We’ll hop on a planning call to understand your mission, goals, and the story you want to tell. Together, we’ll map out:
- The heart of your message
- Who should be interviewed
- What kind of footage we need
- Key deadlines and any events or launches we can align with
We’ll handle the creative direction and logistics—you just bring your passion and ideas.
Remote Recording
Remote video allows us to connect with impact-driven teams anywhere in the world (no travel required). It’s a more sustainable way to create high-quality content, with a smaller carbon footprint and less disruption to your schedule.
We’ll send you a remote recording kit and guide your team through a virtual interview session using our remote video studio.
We’ll also gather any extra footage that helps tell your story, like existing photos, short video clips, or visuals of your work in action.
Professional Editing
This is when the magic happens. Our team takes the footage and brings your story to life through:
- Expert editing
- Licensed music that fits your vibe
- Branded graphics and titles
- Accurate captions for accessibility
- Polish that makes your message shine
Final Delivery
We’ll give you high-quality files that are easy to use, and we’re always here if you need a hand sharing them.
You’ll receive:
- A 2–3 minute story-driven video you can proudly share on your website, in emails, presentations—you name it
- A 30-second cut for social media to help you reach your audience where they already are

The 2025 Riveo Impact Grant was awarded to SeaSmart, a volunteer-run organization using scuba trips and educational programs to advance ocean conservation and empower young people.
SeaSmart’s work is powerful because it’s hands-on, immersive, and deeply human. They connect students directly with the ocean, giving them the chance to see, touch, and understand the ecosystems they’re learning to protect. For many participants, that experience is transformational. It opens the door to new possibilities in science, sustainability, and environmental leadership. Their impact extends beyond education, too. SeaSmart supports local sustainable economies in the coastal communities where their programs take place, showing that conservation and community wellbeing can thrive together.
