As Centerline’s team rapidly expanded, it was important for employees across crews and states to feel connected to one another. To help keep that sense of community strong, we partnered with Centerline to create monthly video updates from the CEO and field crews along with a quarterly employee newsletter. The newsletter shared key company updates, reinforced core values, and celebrated the achievements of employees and crews. Meanwhile, the video series brought the team closer together by highlighting work happening across locations and giving each crew a chance to introduce themselves. The CEO’s updates added another layer of connection, helping leadership feel more accessible and keeping everyone aligned as the company continued to grow.
