Amy Graves
Amy is the founder of Hidden Consumers Consulting, which helps companies understand how to find more of their ideal clients. She focuses on the food industry and helps her clients understand how shoppers read between the ingredient lines to determine if a product is safe for them. Amy is a certified Business Analyst through UC-Davis and holds a Bachelor of Science in Research and Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Superior. She is also Google Analytics certified.
Chandra Chea
Chandra Chea is an organizational development consultant with over 10 years experience working in community outreach, public health, and humanitarian services. She is passionate about social justice and human rights, and strives to find ways to advance equity across all aspects of her personal and professional life. Fun Fact: Chandra loves to garden, take hikes with her senior pup, and try new foods.
Michael Marshall
Michael Marshall is a distinguished leader in global learning and development strategy and transformation, dedicated to advancing inclusive and equitable workplaces. He leads initiatives that integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into the fabric of organizational culture, utilizing data-driven insights and innovative frameworks to achieve lasting impact. With a proven track record of leading complex global projects, Michael specializes in optimizing processes, aligning strategic objectives with industry best practices, and driving measurable results. Timothy Cornelius
Timothy Cornelius is the founder of P3 Technology, a disability-owned business that helps companies better understand and address the needs of individuals with disabilities through market research and collaboration. By fostering conversations across the spectrum of disabilities, Timothy supports organizations in developing products and solutions that are innovative, effective, and inclusive. P3 Technology’s platform, “OP3N,” facilitates more than 25,000 daily conversations at the intersection of disability and product design.
Creating Accessible Deliverables
Great content should be for everyone, and we’re continually working to make our deliverables more inclusive and accessible. While we’ve already made meaningful changes, we recognize that accessibility is an evolving process—and we’re committed to improving every day.

Captions are included with every video we produce. We’re also exploring features like transcripts and descriptive audio to make our videos even more inclusive for diverse audiences.
Design
We create designs that prioritize clarity and inclusivity for all audiences. We carefully choose accessible color palettes, use clean, readable fonts with appropriate spacing and sizing, and ensure our layouts feature clear hierarchy for easy navigation.
Social Media
Captions, alt text, and high-contrast visuals are used to ensure social content can be enjoyed and understood by everyone. We’re also exploring best practices for accessible hashtags, text formatting, and video descriptions to expand accessibility further.
